🏓 Murray Education Foundation Charity Pickleball Tournament 🏓
📅 Date: Saturday, April 26, 2025 (Registration Closes April 18 or Until Full)
Mixed (COED): 8:00 am to 10:00 am
Men’s: 11:00 am to 1:00 pm
Women’s: 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm
📍 Location: Murray High School, 5440 State St, Murray, UT
🎯 Benefiting: MCSD’s Unified Sports & Special Education Classrooms
Tournament Format & Rules
- Round Robin Format: Each team is guaranteed four games within a two-hour span in a pool of eight teams per division.
- Divisions & Skill Levels:
- Mixed Doubles (Co-Ed): With three skill levels – Beginning, Intermediate, Advanced
- Men’s Doubles: With three skill levels – Beginning, Intermediate, Advanced
- Women’s Doubles: With three skill levels – Beginning, Intermediate, Advanced
- Each division includes separate pool play for Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced skill levels.

- Scoring & Gameplay:
- Games will be played to 11 points, win by 2 (unless otherwise adjusted for time).
- Standard USA Pickleball rules apply.
- Teams will rotate opponents within their pool to ensure fair matchups.
- Ranking & Advancement:
- Wins and total points scored will determine final standings.
- Prizes will be given for first, second, and third place teams in each division and skill level.
Registration & Process
- Sign-Up: Teams must register and pay in advance, selecting their division and skill level during sign-up: Go here to complete that now.
- Cost: The cost is $75 per team – again proceeds will benefit Murray kids/classrooms.
- Check-In: Teams should arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled playtime for check-in and warm-ups.
- Game Assignments: Each team will receive their game schedule at check-in.
- Play & Have Fun! Enjoy a day of friendly competition while supporting a great cause!
MOST IMPORTANT REMINDER: Proceeds from the tournament will directly benefit Unified Sports programs and provide Special Education Classroom Grants for students in the Murray City School District. Thank you for your support!
